The watering of rain

I swirl upon your bright petals

Ready with my thunder

Struck with my silver cracks

That flash their smile on you

The graying storms await

For the culmination with baited breath

Then I blow upon your dangle

For once when you were parched

A few drops from a spout

Quenched your thirsty soil

A silent puff of vapor somehow

Had touched my vagabond brow

Now when I drench your world

As you stay struck well rooted

My whispers stay overnight

Beneath your dripping petals

And slither down your slender spine

Only to overflow from the brim

Carrying your withered flowers

That conceal your dormant seeds

Sowing your name in foliage

As I meander through empty furrows

It’s you and only you wherever it’s me.
