My tears were
invisible at night
But I chose to
smile in dark
A few hours after
twilight
I conjured up
the tides fallen in the sea
Far beyond what
they believed they could
In an attempt
to pull back the waters
What took whole
long day to vaporize
Amidst the smoldering
sun in the sky
A lantern that
scorches what it lights up
The fuel is infinite
beyond horizons of mind
It only depends
on what how much trust
When my smiles
are futile after dusk
And I save my
pearls in the eye oyester
It mattes little
if I smile or cry silently
Even during the
open obvious day.
